What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone, home country and state, room choice.
• Questionnaire answers, including health information you choose to share.
• Before the trip: passport, flight, insurance (if you have it), and emergency contact details.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To run the trip: bookings, rooms, training sessions, transport, and your safety.
• Health and passport details are shared only with the people who need them, and are deleted after the trip.
• We do not sell your data.
